Dr. David H. Foster

After graduating from Albright College in 1975 with a degree in Biology, Dr. David Foster pursued his Masters in Science degree at Kutztown College. Dr. Foster then attended Pennsylvania College of Optometry (PCO) in Philadelphia, graduating in 1982.

Dr. Julie A. Foster

Dr. Julie Foster graduated in 2011 from Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. For two years she worked in toxicology at Health Network Laboratories, a subsidiary of Lehigh Valley Hospital. Julie attended Salus University (formerly PCO) graduating with a doctorate in optometry in 2018. Immediately following graduation, Julie joined her father's practice to continue the family tradition.
