Foster Eye Care participates with most major insurance carriers. We accept most vision care and medical health plans.
If we are a participating provider for your plan, we will submit directly for reimbursement. Co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered service fees are due at the time the service is rendered. We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, debit card, and checks for payment.
Please note you are responsible for obtaining a referral if required by your insurance.
Medical health insurance only covers eye care in relation to a medical eye condition. For example, if you need an exam because of cataracts, eye infection, eye injury, retinal disease, dry eyes, allergies, or glaucoma, etc., then your medical insurance will usually cover the eye care.
Depending on the nature of your visit, we may be able to bill your vision plan insurance, your medical health insurance, or both. Please present all of your insurance information to the receptionist upon arrival.
